Design: The library was constructed from pooled male and female adult wasps using a custom protocol that incorporates a Roche 454 linker. The hybrid 454/Illumina mate-pair library was prepared from 10ug of genomic DNA with the GS FLX-Titanium Paired-end Library Preparation kit following the manual (Roche Applied Sciences, Indianapolis, IN) but using library from the Genomic DNA Library Prep kit (Illumina). The library was sequenced with the TruSeq SBS sequencing kit version 3 (Illumina).
